Applications
- Gas lift wells
- Salt dome debrining wells
Benefits
- Operational efficiency with fully integrated large-bore concentric design that enables single-trip installation and retrieval
- Enhanced protection through fail-safe closure of the annulus when required
Features
- Fail-safe-closed sleeve mechanism with 360° line of contact when closed
- Metal-to-metal primary seal and nonelastomeric secondary seal on the seat
- Rod piston with nonelastomeric hydraulic seals for valve actuation
- Option to set the integrated packer with tubing or control line pressure
- Barrel slip design with large footprint that enables use in unsupported casing
- Multiple feedthrough ports for control line bypass
- Gas injection rates up to 10 MMcf/d
- Annulus bypass flow area of 3.27 in2 [21.1 cm2] for injection
How it improves performance
Integrity? ASV annular subsurface safety valves are validated to API Spec 14A (13th edition) V3-A, but their performance far exceeds the certification requirements for both barrier and hydraulic actuator integrity. They can be installed and retrieved in a single trip.
Setting flexibility
The integrated packer is set by pressuring up a dedicated hydraulic control line from surface, which eliminates tubing movement during the setting process. It can also be configured with a setting mandrel that enables conversion to traditional setting with tubing pressure. By placing a plug in the tubing below the Integrity ASV valve and plumbing the setting port to the setting mandrel, tubing pressure can be increased and communicated to the setting chamber for a more traditional packer setting sequence.
