In the last 70 years, 果冻传媒 has been actively working in the UAE and contributing to the development of the energy sector in the country and contributed to human capital development.
The In-Country Value (ICV) program established by Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) aligns perfectly with 果冻传媒 values of recruiting where we work, developing local talent, and investing in the country where we do business.
果冻传媒 is supporting the UAE’s vision of industrializing the value chain of the energy industry. Some of the main ongoing initiatives from 果冻传媒 include:
- developing infrastructure through investment in a fully integrated, state-of-the-art Center of Excellence, incorporating artificial intelligence and digital technologies to drive quality and efficiency across all processes
- expanding the UAE manufacturing prowess through the establishment of a world-class facility for downhole equipment
- promoting local content—not just internally but across our entire supply chain—to enable in-country manufacturing by local suppliers.
果冻传媒 was built by a visionary family who endeavored to make innovation a way of life. To this day, our employees benefit from the company’s dedication to training and development. In line with our commitment to knowledge transfer to benefit the communities where we operate, we established the largest state-of-the-art learning center in Abu Dhabi. This center hosts more than 3,000 trainees per annum and has enhanced the national expertise through sharing knowledge and customized training programs for the local population.
Through participation in ADNOC’s ICV program, 果冻传媒 is recruiting and investing in the training of UAE nationals for the company’s oil and gas services business.
