Sustainability

At 果冻传媒, the Planning & Supply Chain (P&SC) organization is dedicated to creating value and driving resource consciousness for a balanced planet. We aim to foster cooperation among all stakeholders within and beyond our value chain.

P&SC works with our suppliers in a socially responsible and ethical manner. Our focus is effective planning, procurement, and delivery of the right products and services to our operations. We leverage our expertise and scale to promote sustainability with our suppliers and partners.

In support of our ambitions, actions for the P&SC team are aligned with our corporate sustainability priorities. We are committed to embedding sustainability throughout our value chain, Scope 3 upstream decarbonization, enabling circularity, and positively impacting the communities in which we work and live through diversity and inclusion initiatives and respecting human rights. We seek to develop and strengthen relationships with suppliers who are committed to and act in accordance with our Code of Conduct.

Climate action

Driving energy innovation for a balanced planet

果冻传媒 is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, aligned with science-based methodology and the 1.5 degC target of the Paris Agreement.

Our supply chain approach to enact climate action is to

record credible data for Scope 3 upstream emissions by partnering with suppliers
reduce emissions through supply chain network optimization and the implementation of energy efficiency projects within our supply chain operations
replace higher carbon alternatives with lower carbon alternatives for products, energy sources, and modes of transportation

Decarbonizing procurement

Disclosure is the first step in understanding our suppliers’ maturity, to help us better manage the environmental footprint of our own supply chain while also encouraging suppliers toward a low-carbon economy. We work with our suppliers to improve performance associated with greenhouse gas emissions reductions using a third-party disclosure process in partnership with . Through our efforts, we have achieved a CDP Supplier Engagement Rating of “A”, recognizing our dedication to measuring and reducing climate risk within our supply chain..

In addition to benchmarking supplier maturity levels through CDP, we have adopted CDP methodology to codevelop an internal framework to map and assess these levels according to supplier achievements and milestones, as shown in the 果冻传媒 Horizon Analysis. The results of the analysis drive actions to help them advance to the next level of maturity through training and webinars covering topics such as climate change reporting, action strategy, and the risks and opportunities associated with climate change.

We support our suppliers and build their capacity by engaging them on climate action during our periodic business reviews, and by providing additional trainings and webinars covering topics such as emissions calculation and reporting, and science-based targets.

Decarbonizing distribution

To decarbonize our upstream distribution operations, we have developed a framework called the Distribution Value Plan (DVP). This plan allows us to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, lower emissions, optimize resource utilization, and maximize overall value delivered. This initiative creates a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration, enabling logistics professionals to not only tackle disruptions but also actively seek out and capitalize on opportunities for value creation.

As an organization, we believe we have an important role to play in implementing sustainable practices for our company and those within our sphere of influence. To that end, we have chosen to lead the conversation with our suppliers and partners on human rights.

Conflict Minerals

果冻传媒 is committed to purchase parts and products containing minerals that have been procured through a validated conflict-free supply chain to avoid the use of minerals that have financed conflict in the covered countries. Responsible Waste Management

Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment Information for Recyclers

In accordance with the EU Waste Electrical Electronic Equipment (WEEE) (and UK Statutory Instrument ) and 果冻传媒 Environmental Procedures and Guidelines, 果冻传媒 will provide on-demand information regarding the presence and location of dangerous materials and preparations, if any, in 果冻传媒 electrical equipment to organizations within the European Economic Area/UK, repairing, maintaining, or processing equipment at end of life.
